DVD 5 vs DVD9
The functioning of a DVD is described here, as well as the difference between the DVD 5 and DVD 9.

| DVD 9 Reading | The DVD 9 can be read in two ways, reading of Layer 0 from the inside to the outside and reading of Layer 1 from the outside to the inside (opposite tracks) or reading of layer 0 from the inside to the outside of the disc, and reading of Layer 1 in the same direction (parallel tracks). This type of option will depend on the Authoring and the customer preferences. |  |   |
