MPO IBÉRICA, was certified for the first time in 2001, being, in this case, the ISO 9002:1994 standard.
In 2002, it commenced adapting the entire existing Quality System structure to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements, obtaining the new Renewal Certificate in June 2003. « An ISO commitment to perfection »
It is the QUALITY POLICY laid down by the Management of MPO Ibérica giving the name to the project that, with respect to Quality and with a future vision, the company decided to start almost 4 years ago. The essential objective of this project was, and still is, the answer to a growing evolution not only of the market, but also of the requirements and expectations of our customers, towards which MPO is addressing. For this purpose, as starting point and using it as vehicle to achieve the same, is that offered by the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, 5 action points have been established, defining the strategy of this Policy: 1. COMMITMENT with the customers: with the objective of attaining ‘complete satisfaction’, paying attention to their needs and using them as feedback to our Management system. 2. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: as a tool to become better and better, to provide our customers with higher quality, not only in the products we manufacture, but as well in the service we provide. 3. Personal MOTIVATION: increasing the training and information at an internal level, encouraging the employees to participate in this project. 4. TEAM work: starting from the basis that a group adds more value than an individual. 5. Innovation and INDUSTRIAL Technology: not in vain are we leaders in the use of the latest and most innovative technologies.
